1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Received a damaged product
- Received a defective product
- Received a wrong product
Unboxing video is must for all returns and refund requests. The video must be clear, continuous, and recorded from the moment the package is opened.
2. Return Request Timeframe
You must raise a return or refund request within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Products without original packaging, tags, or accessories
- Items without a valid unboxing video proof
4. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refund processing may take 5–7 business days
5. Replacement Policy
In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
Unboxing video is must to qualify for replacement.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable. In case of approved returns due to our error, reverse pickup will be arranged by us.
